# 关于T-Mobile e SIM美国境外使用说明

⚠️ **重要提示：**\
1PSIM 提供的 T-Mobile eSIM 卡仅限在美国境内使用。请勿在美国境外激活或使用该 eSIM，否则有可能被 T-Mobile 判定为违规操作并**封锁您的 eSIM 卡**。

T-Mobile 可能会根据您的设备型号、IMEI 号、IP 地址等信息判断 eSIM 的使用是否合规，一旦T-Mobile系统判定你的使用有风险行为，你的eSIM 有可能会被封停。这个情况下，1PSIM无法为这个情况对你进行有效客服。

⚠️ **使用设备须知：**

* 如果您的设备被 T-Mobile 标记为异常设备，可能会导致 eSIM 被封锁。
* 若您的设备**不是 T-Mobile 认证设备**，也有可能无法正常使用 eSIM 或被封卡处理。
* 每一个 eSIM 的 QR 码**仅限在一台设备上激活使用**。如果您尝试在第二台设备上使用相同的 QR 码，将无法激活 eSIM。

建议您在激活前确保设备兼容，并妥善保管 QR 码。如需更换设备，请**“刷新 ESN（**[Refresh ESN](/zhong-wen/esim-bei-qu-xiao-zen-me-chu-li.md)**）”** 申请更新。

若 eSIM 被封锁，您可能会看到如下错误提示信息：

✅ **如果您的设备和使用环境被 T-Mobile 正常接受，您会看到如下提示：**

* eSIM 已成功添加
* 可以正常拨打电话、发送短信和使用移动数据

❌ **如果 eSIM 被封锁，您可能会看到如下错误提示：**

* 无法激活 eSIM
* SIM 卡无效

❗**如果您的 eSIM 被注销**，您可以通过 **“刷新 ESN（**[Refresh ESN](/zhong-wen/esim-bei-qu-xiao-zen-me-chu-li.md)**）”** 来获取一个新的 QR 码以重新激活。请注意，更新 QR 码将会收取一小笔服务费用。&#x20;
