# eSIM 被取消怎么处理

有几个原因的您的eSIM 会被注销：

* 你把eSIM在手机删掉
* 你没有在DP+ 完成下载操作就退出
* 网络不稳定导致DP+ 不能完成操作
* 使用没有被T-Mobile容许或被T-Mobile黑名单的终端

如果你的eSIM 被注销了，你会拿到这个提示：

你的解决方式是登陆1PSIM，到SIM列表。点击Refresh (e)sim 来重新生成QR code 和Activation Code。
