Setup eSIM in mobile phone
An eSIM is a digital SIM embedded within your end user's mobile device. It allows you to activate a device on PWG's network without the need for a physical SIM card. Many newer devices offer eSIM functionality instead of traditional SIM card slots.
You will receive the eSIM QR code through one of the following methods:
Purchase Without Logging into Your Account: If you did not log in during the eSIM purchase, your QR code will be emailed to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
Purchase After Logging into Your Account: If you logged in before purchasing the eSIM, you can download your eSIM QR code from the SIM listing page in your account portal.
To activate your eSIM:
Scan the QR code with your Android phone and check if auto-detection works.
If auto-detection fails, please follow the manual download process outlined in the next section.
