# Physical SIM Card Activation

When you purchase a physical SIM card, it typically takes 1 to 2 weeks for delivery to your mailing address. Once you receive your SIM card, please activate it by visiting <http://1psim.com/activate> and entering your activation code.

**What is an ESN Number?**

The ESN (Electronic Serial Number) is a unique identifier for your SIM card. You can find the ESN printed on the back of your SIM card.

**How to Retrieve Your Activation Code**

Your activation code is sent to your email when you purchase a physical SIM card. The email will look similar to this:

You can also find your activation code from your order history by logging in to 1PSIM using the same email you used to place the order:

**Step-by-Step Instructions:**

### Step 1 : Go to the **Order Status** page.

### Step 2: Locate your order and find the **Activation Code** button.
